In general, for better comfort we recommend to travel by:
- Train + cog railway (or taxi)
- Coach + cog railway (or taxi)
- Official WFS pick-up service from your city of arrival directly to venue The Hotel Patria.
There is a manifold network of transport (both trains and coaches) available to Slovakia and therefor your commute should be readily facilitated at all the times. The names of your terminal stations in Slovakia are Strba or Poprad -Tatry and the route should be as follows:

1. From Vienna International Airport (VIE) to Strba or Poprad-Tatry

Once you are @ Wien Hbf, there is a direct train daily scheduled for departure D 14:42 to Poprad-Tatry A 19:35.
Other option is to travel from Vienna to Bratislava and then from Bratislava to Strba or Poprad – Tatry.

2. From Prague International Airport (PRG) to Strba or Poprad-Tatry
Please navigate to the official PRG website on how to get from the airport to the Prague Main Train Station (Praha Hlavni nadrazi – Hl.n.) https://www.prg.aero/en/train.
Once you are at Praha Hl. n., there is direct connecting train service operated by Leo Express https://www.leoexpress.com/en daily leaving Prague D 14:08 and arriving to Strba A 20:45. Please refer to the link for possible changes in times and fares.
There are another 2 train operators w/ direct services to Strba or Poprad Tatry. Here is the time-schedule valid as of writing this instruction:

Another train connection between Praha Hlavni nadrazi – Hl.n.and Strba or Poprad-Tatry. Possbile option is to travel via:

3. From Budapest International Airport (BUD) to Strba or Poprad-Tatry

There is no direct train connection between Budapest Keleti and Strba or Poprad-Tatry. Possbile option is to travel via:
- Budapest - Kosice (6:25 – 10.13; 8.25 – 12.03; 10.25 – 14.03; 12.25 – 26.03; 14.25 – 16.03; 18.25 – 22.03), see https://www.mavcsoport.hu/en for details and possible changes. 4. From Warszawa International Airport (WAW) to Strba or Poprad-Tatry
There is no direct connection from Warszawa and the trip goes through Czech Republic where you need to change trains for Štrba or Poprad – Tatry.

From both these stations there are plenty of ways to arrive at the venue Hotel Patria in Strbske pleso.
